Graduation Regalia
Graduation regalia should be neat and clean. The occasion requires formal dress. Muak Lek graduands will be able to collect their academic regalia on February 21 and 22 from the Registrar’s office. In the morning, the collection time will be from 9:00 am–11:00 am and in the afternoon from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. Bangkok graduands will be able to collect their academic regalia from the Faculty of Nursing office. Graduation fees must be paid in full before regalia can be picked up.

Seating
The doors of the church will open at 8:00 am on Sunday, February 27. Guests may sit anywhere in the church except in those areas reserved for graduands and for the President’s special invitees. Because this is a formal occasion parents should plan not to bring their children to the service.

Photographs
The University is aware of the eagerness of parents and friends to take pictures of graduands during the various weekend services. This, however, has proved to be disruptive in the past and the administration requests graduands to advise parents and guests that the University permits no photography during the actual graduation ceremony apart from the official University photographer. The University doesn’t object to persons using their cameras without a flash to take photographs from their seats. No guest, however, is to feel free to stand or walk about during graduation functions in order to take video or take photographs.

Accommodation
Graduands are advised that the University has limited accommodation suitable for graduation guests. Accommodations are available at the following locations:

  • Mission Health Promotion (036-341622)
  • Vathida Valley Resort (036-330077)
  • Muak Lek Health Spa Resort (036 345-256)
  • Paradise Resort (036-330193)

Return of Academic Regalia
Following graduation, regalia must be returned. Muak Lek Campus graduands should return their gowns at Adm Room 325. Bangkok Campus graduands should return their regalia to the Bangkok Campus Coordinator.

Cafeteria
Visitors and guests who require meals may purchase them in the University Cafeteria. If needed advance purchase arrangements can be made.
