Asia-Pacific International University is rooted from Southeast Asia Union College, Singapore established in 1906. Asia-Pacific International University provides a faith-based education where students are supported by their teachers in discovering knowledge and understanding one-self more completely through the learning process. The Research Center for Organizational Development (RCOD) is a newly established research institute owned and operated by Asia-Pacific International University. Though owned by the university, the Research Center for Organizational Development is a self-supported nonprofit organization. Its main activities are conducting research with the purposes of evaluation and developing theories, methods, and technologies used by social or business organizations for improving organizational performance.
The Research Center for Organizational Development’s mission is to improve organizational performance through research and consultation.
