The Faculty of Education offers a relevant and timely undergraduate international undergraduate degree program with a specific emphasis in Teaching.
In our four-years program, Teaching majors will develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of mind and behavior in the areas of teaching and education, together with professional and discipline skills. These training will prepare our students to assist in human resource development, educational testing and measurement, pastoral care, and related fields of social service. Education majors’ education experience will be further enhanced with observation, research and internships. In short, our program is designed to nurture, grow and train future educators and leaders of tomorrow.
The Bachelor of Arts in Teaching program is designed:
- To prepare students to teach in educational settings, such as primary, secondary and high school (Kindergarten – Grade 12).
- To train students to teach a wide variety of subjects, namely Science, Religion, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, English, Psychology, and Music at schools.
- To prepare students as school and Non-Government Organization officers.
- To produce a sound foundation for later specialization and graduate study in Teaching or Education.
