The Library Staff wish to welcome all new faculty, staff and students to the university campus, in particular to the library!
We invite you to come and ask us for a library tour. It is still not too late. Usually on a library tour, we take some time to show new users the organization of our resources, and provide a demonstration on how to use the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) to search for materials in the Asia-Pacific International University library holdings. Our library collections consist of books, journals, audiovisual materials, newspapers in both Thai and English languages, and online full text databases. A library tour will not be complete without a demo on how to retrieve articles from the EBSCO Academic Search Premier database. Be sure that you get acquainted with your library before the pressure of classes and study builds up!
Should you need help to search for books or articles, please approach the librarian seated at the reference desk. If you don’t see anyone at the desk, please come to the circulation counter and ask for a librarian. The counter staff should be able to assist you by quickly calling a librarian to attend to you.
All the best in your studies and God bless you.
