On September 28, 2023, the Faculty of Education organized its second Departmental Assembly.
The event featured Dr. Maxine Newell as the guest speaker, who delivered a presentation about “College Life: How to Overcome Depression and Anxiety.” Dr. Maxine Newell serves as the Program Director for Public Health in the Faculty of Science.
During her presentation, Dr. Maxine provided a comprehensive explanation of the signs and symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. She also shared some practical strategies for overcoming these challenges.
The EDSO Club would like to express its gratitude to all the students and faculty members who participated in our second departmental assembly.
