Last October 15, 2023, students of EDUC 449 Methods of Teaching Health and Fitness had a field trip held at Petcharat Camp, Muaklek Saraburi.
This activity allowed students to have outdoor activities so they could incorporate ideas and practical strategies to teach health and fitness in the future.
Upon arrival at the campsite, students had a warm-up exercise followed by an obstacle course where participants needed to balance, climb the rope, pass the monkey bridge, and experience a zip line course as the climax of the activity.
It was then followed by indoor and fun activities that helped them to develop teamwork and active participation.
This field trip allowed students to understand the importance of outdoor activities, safety measures, and other topics related to physical education.
This activity was coordinated by the subject teacher Dr. Junjun Amparo and Ms. Angelish, the Secretary in the Faculty of Education.
