Dr. Naltan Lampadan earned his Diploma in Elementary Education from Southeast Asia Union College (SAUC), Singapore; BA in Children and Family Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia; MEd in TESOL from Avondale College, Australia, and PhD in Leadership from Andrews University, USA. Passionate about youth development, service, and leadership, Dr. Naltan comes with 28 years of teaching and administrative experiences in Malaysia as well as in Thailand.
