On March 26, 2023, Asia-Pacific International University (AIU) hosted its first-ever Career Fair at Kiti-Tassanee Auditorium. The event aimed to bring together students and representatives from over 15 Adventist institutions from Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) and Malaysia Union Mission (MAUM) to create a platform for networking and learning about potential internship and job opportunities.
During the fair, attendees listened to presentations from various organizations, gaining valuable insights into their missions and objectives. The event was a huge success with the help of Dr. Junjun Amparo and Mrs. Tamara Storie from the Career Development and Counseling Center.
The main goal of the Career Fair was to create a space where students could learn about potential career paths and connect with industry professionals. The fair provided students with valuable insights into the current job market by bringing together a diverse range of organizations. It helped them to build connections that could lead to internships and job opportunities.
The AIU’s Career Fair was a huge success. It allowed students to learn about potential career paths and connect with industry professionals. By creating a platform for networking and sharing information, the event helped to prepare students for their future careers.
