“I was working in Kenya as a professor, and everything was going well. God provided all our needs. However, the school my daughter attended only went up to 8th grade. My daughter was close to finishing the 8th grade, and we did not want to send her outside to study. After praying about it, my friend, a mission worker, suggested that we go to Asia-Pacific International University. I wasn’t immediately convinced, and we continued to pray. After a period of prayer, I started looking for a vacancy in APIU. I found a vacancy, but I discovered that the application deadline had passed. Although I was disappointed, I didn’t give up, believing that God had a plan. I then tried contacting the University directly, asking if they had a vacancy for a Chemistry professor. Surprisingly, they did! I was very happy to be able see first-hand how God answered our prayers and finally brought us to Thailand.
Today, we feel so blessed to be here. Our daughter is able to study here and did not have to be sent far away. This experience shows how God fulfills all of our needs. He surely blesses us abundantly!” …
The Faculty of Science had been without a chemistry professor for a while. Professor Anthony’s move to APIU is not only an answer to his prayer, but also an answer to ours.
