The best way to start a new year is to start anew with God. Asia-Pacific has welcomed the new semester with the 10 Days of Prayer program with the theme “Find the Key,” starting on Wednesday night, January 10, 2018. The 10 Days of Prayer is led by Pastor Morgan Vincent, who serves as the school chaplain at Port Macquarie Adventist School in Australia.
Every night, the program starts off with a short singspiration, followed by the speaker’s message, and lastly, time for prayer,
either individually or in groups. The prayer sessions gave people the opportunity to not only pray for themselves, but also to listen to others’ requests and pray for them, bringing the University family closer together as a whole.
In Prayer (p.169) by Ellen G. White, the speaker quoted, “The strength of Christ was in prayer.” The program will be ongoing until the 20th of this month. We invite you to come and join us in seeking strength in God through prayer together, tonight at 7.00 pm at the University Church.
