On October 10, 2018, a team from the University Advancement & Marketing Office made two promotional trips, one to Ekamai International School and the second to Trinity International School. This was a joint effort between Asia-Pacific International University and La Sierra University, who were both introducing their 2+2
program to any interested high school students. The first trip, to Ekamai International School, began with the High School Chapel.
After our university ambassadors sang a few praise and worship songs, one of the staffs introduced the 2+2 program to the high school students, as well as explaining the different programs that Asia-Pacific International University provides. This was followed by a presentation from Sarah Pinto da Silva, the International Enrollment Counselor for La Sierra University. Afterwards, the team handed out brochures and further information about scholarships to the senior high school students. The program was then repeated at Trinity International School.
Mr Ryan Keough, Vice President of University Advancement, had this to say, regarding the program. “Our partnership with La Sierra provides opportunity for us to recruit students that would normally go directly to a foreign institution. It was great seeing our students and recruiters working together to share our institutions and the opportunities that our partnership provides.”
