In any of the emphasis above, there are two plans of study for students to choose from – either they pursue a degree of course work with a thesis component (Plan A), or course work with an independent study (Plan B) instead.
Over the two-year program, M. Ed students will develop their academic, research, and practical skills in the area of education. The courses offered at the graduate level will provide the Master students a platform to explore and critically analyze various topics in education from a theoretical, professional and practical perspective. Particular focus is placed on the ethical, moral, and personal care implications of carious topics and practices.
The Master of Education in Education program is designed to prepare and equip students for roles as teachers, teacher-trainers, supervisors and school administrators in the areas of educational management, pedagogy, curriculum and administration in Southeast Asia and beyond.
